I am a licensed therapist and addiction counselor with more than ten years of experience across all levels of care. I have a strong background in supporting individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction challenges.

I specialize in evidence-based treatments, such as CBT, DBT & EMDR. I believe in a collaborative and nonjudgmental approach to therapy. I am dedicated to walking alongside my clients on their journey towards recovery and self-acceptance.
